Hexagon quilt update

I was able to get all the rows sewn together several days ago! Now the fun of tying to sew those rows together. I watched several videos and read tutorials on how other people put their quilts together. I was still terrified but I knew I had to start. It is proving to be a bit of a challenge. I need to make sure that all the points match, straight seams, and no puckering. It is slow going but I have 4 rows done so far. Just don’t look too closely.

I have about one week left to get the whole thing done. I see many late nights ahead but I am excited to get it done and hopefully on time. I am still not sure how I am going to quilt it. I was hoping that I would be able to do the quilting by hand but I am afraid I will run out of time. We will have to wait and see.01a7c9d17e206bcbd416c1c95e051f4e3fdddd2baf

    1. Thank you. Because I am such a beginner I feel like it is taking me forever and that it contains many mistakes. It was a hexagon precut pack that I purchased several years ago not realizing how challenging they can be.
